ITV News Wales will be running a short piece tonight about myself, my girls and Bold Beanies. I am currently in London attending the EUWIIN (European Womens Inventors and Innovators Network conference with awards ceremony tonight at the British Library. I will be honoured with a special recognition award from GWIIN (the global womens network) in “celebration for your tenacity, your innovative contribution and inspirational qualities”. 1st birthday, 2nd hair loss chemo…Today is my youngest daughter Lotte’s 9th birthday. We have celebrated with an “Into the Woods” party with friends. How lucky I feel to be able to share and create such wonderful memories with my girls. Every year a milestone. I remember things from when I was nine quite distinctly and I find it reassuring that if anything was to happen to me, my girls will have strong memories with me.
